1/2 BEEF - DEPOSIT

Placing a bulk order requires a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will also go towards your final bill. Your total cost for 1/2 beef will depend on the hanging weight at the time of butcher and will include your processing fees. (Total cost may range between $1600-$2000) Our 2023 price is $4.76 per pound hanging weight.

When you place your deposit, please indicate in the comment section of your order form, which butcher date you are wanting to order from. Please go to our Butcher Form, located on the bottom right corner of this page, to preview what is included in a 1/4 beef, you will double that for 1/2 beef. Typically a 1/2 beef weighs between 200-300 pounds of meat after processing depending the cuts that you would choose.

When we have your hanging weight and final price we will contact you to confirm your butcher date and pickup/delivery options. At that time we will also discuss your butcher form or make arrangements for our butcher to call you to go over your cut selections with you if you prefer.
