Placing a bulk order requires a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will also go towards your final bill. Your total cost for 1/2 beef will depend on the hanging weight at the time of butcher and will include your processing fees. (Total cost may range between $1890-$2290) Our 2025 is $5.25 per pound hanging weight.
When you place your deposit, please indicate in the comment section of your order form, which butcher date you are wanting to order from and also which butcher location you are wanting to use. Please go to our Butcher Form, located on the bottom right corner of this page, to preview what is included in a 1/2 beef. You will need to select which butcher location you will be using (Hanford Packing Co. or This Old Farm Inc.) in order to get the correct form. Typically a 1/2 beef weighs between 200-300 pounds of meat after processing depending the cuts that you would choose.
When we have your hanging weight and final price we will contact you to confirm both your butcher location and butcher date and pickup/delivery options. At that time we will also discuss your butcher form or make arrangements for our butcher to call you to go over your cut selections with you if you prefer.
