BUTCHER BASIC:
Don’t want to spend time filling out instructions and making decisions; Our butcher already has a set of recommended selections picked for you! Using the Butcher Basic Form will insure you have the ease of the butcher choosing your cuts. This option has premium steaks such as Ribeyes, Filets, and NY Strips; and a variety of roasts such as Chuck, Brisket, and Rump.
BASIC W/ ADD ONS:
This cut form gets you all of the classics from the Butcher Basic and allows addons to be specified too. You will be able to request premium value-added items such as patties, stew meat, and tenderized products. This option allows more customization.
WHOLESALE CUSTOM:
For those that want access to the entire TOFI arsenal! (May incur an additional flat fee and/or fees per item selected) you will have access to all services available at This Old Farm Inc. The Wholesale Custom form includes, but is not limited to, ready-to-eat products such as hotdogs and beef jerky, specialty cuts such as tomahawk steaks and flanken-style ribs.
