Ordering Process

 

  1. Decide how much beef you want to order: 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, or Whole

  2. Decide which available butcher date is best for you (from our 2024 availability page under the "more info" tab) make sure you put that butcher date in the comments section on your order/deposit form when you go to pay your deposit

  3. Click on order/deposit for the butcher date and amount of beef you want

  4. Pay the $60 non refundable deposit (which also goes toward the final balance) Make sure you also note if you will want to use one of our free delivery locations

  5. You will receive an email confirmation (for the deposit, and also a separate email confirming your order, the butcher date, and if you will pick up from the butcher or meet us at one of our free delivery locations)

  6. Review our butcher form (located under the "more info" tab) and make note of what cuts you would like (we will confirm this on your butcher date when we reach out to you with the weight and final price  

  7. Pay your Final balance. The final balance needs to be paid for in full by the time your beef is picked up/delivered.  (a smaller payment schedule can be arranged, upon request, if needed prior to final balance being due)

  8. You will receive an email with your weight & final price on your butcher date and we will go over the butcher form or set up for our butcher to contact you if you prefer to speak with them about any special cuts other than what is listed on our butcher form 

  9. It takes 2 weeks to process the beef and be ready for pick up or delivery.  If you are picking up from the Butcher, they will call you when your order is ready, if you are meeting at one of our free delivery locations, we will contact you to set a day and time

  10. The beef comes frozen all cuts are individually wrapped and labeled and then placed in large plastic bags for easy transport
